CAMPAIGN READINESS

More inquiries only help
if the path can hold them.

Paid social can create attention. It cannot fix a vague offer, no capacity, slow replies or a sales process that does not record what happened.

Choose one service and one service area

Start with the work you can deliver profitably and want more of. “We do everything” gives a prospective customer no reason to believe you are the right choice for their project. One campaign should make one decision easy.

Check contribution, not just revenue

Calculate what is left after the direct job costs you carry. Then compare the monthly management and advertising cost with the number of additional completed jobs required to cover it. That is a planning check, not a prediction of how many jobs ads will create.

Make the response path real

Before launch, decide who replies, what they ask, how quickly they follow up and where they record the outcome. A form without a responsible owner is not a lead system.

Track the whole journey

Clicks and form submissions are not completed jobs. Keep a simple record of inquiry, qualified lead, estimate, won work and collected revenue. Use it to decide what to change, pause or scale.

Use ads for the job they fit

Video and paid social can help a business show visible work and build demand. If your buyer is urgently searching for a solution, search advertising or local SEO may be a better first channel. The channel should follow customer behavior, not the agency’s preferred service.
